Information:
When attempting to uninstall or repair an installation of a Nuance product on Microsoft Windows Vista after upgrading from Microsoft Windows XP, the “Uninstall” and “Repair” functions in “Programs and Features” from the Control Panel may not function. If uninstalling or repairing is necessary, we recommend accessing these functions from the product CD.
Note: After upgrading the operating system from Microsoft Windows XP to Microsoft Windows Vista, it may be necessary to activate Nuance’s software again. Please see Technote 4993, “Will upgrading an operating system require ScanSoft's software to activate again?” for more information.
